1. About Meyoush Boutique
Meyoush Boutique is an online clothing boutique based in Alberta, Canada, specializing in finely beaded capelets and related occasionwear. All products offered through our website are subject to availability.
2. Products
Our products are ready-to-ship items. We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, measurements, photographs, and other information on our website are accurate. However, because each caplet is individually finely beaded, slight variations in measurement, bead placement, or finish may occur from piece to piece — these are a natural mark of individual artisanal care, not a defect.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description and any available measurements before placing an order.
3. Orders
An order is considered confirmed once full payment has been successfully received. We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Debit cards
- Apple Pay
Meyoush Boutique reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in certain circumstances, including suspected fraudulent activity, inventory errors, pricing errors, or other circumstances that may require cancellation. If an order is cancelled by Meyoush Boutique, any payment received for that order will be refunded to the original payment method.
3a. Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through Stripe, Inc. Meyoush Boutique does not store or have access to your full card details. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Stripe’s Consumer Terms of Service. All transactions are encrypted and processed in accordance with PCI DSS standards.
4. Pricing & Taxes
All prices displayed on our website are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes, which will be calculated and added at checkout. Meyoush Boutique reserves the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice.
If a product is accidentally listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical, technical, or other error, Meyoush Boutique reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
5. Shipping
Meyoush Boutique ships worldwide. Estimated delivery times are:
- Canada: 5–7 business days
- Outside Canada: 10–15 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, shipping carrier, weather, holidays, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control. At this time, Meyoush Boutique does not offer expedited shipping.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an incorrect address is provided and additional shipping costs are required to resend the package, those additional costs are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Lost or Missing Packages
If a package is confirmed as lost by the shipping carrier, Meyoush Boutique will provide the customer with a refund for the affected order. If tracking shows that a package has been delivered but the customer has not received it, the customer must first contact the shipping carrier to investigate the delivery.
Meyoush Boutique may request tracking information or other information from the customer before determining the appropriate resolution.
7. Returns
Meyoush Boutique accepts eligible returns within 7 days from the date the tracking information shows that the order was delivered. To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unworn
- Be unwashed
- Be free from perfume, makeup, stains, odours, or other marks
- Have all original tags attached
- Be returned in its original packaging
- Be undamaged and in its original condition
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. The original shipping cost is non-refundable. A return request must be made within the 7-day return period — items returned after this period may not be accepted.
8. Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
Sale items and items purchased using a discount code are not eligible for return or exchange. Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, stained, altered, or otherwise do not meet the return conditions above are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
If a returned item does not meet our return requirements, the refund may be refused and Meyoush Boutique may retain the returned item.
9. Refunds
Once an eligible return has been received and inspected, the customer will be notified whether the return has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Customers may also choose store credit instead of receiving a refund, where applicable.
Meyoush Boutique does not charge a restocking fee. The time required for a refund to appear in a customer’s account may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
10. Exchanges
Meyoush Boutique accepts exchanges for eligible items. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs as well as the shipping cost associated with sending the replacement item. Sale items and items purchased using a discount code are not eligible for exchange. Exchange items must meet all of the return-condition requirements described in Section 7 above.
11. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, or receive the wrong item, colour, or product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Customers must provide photographs and/or video showing the issue so that Meyoush Boutique can assess the situation.
For an eligible damaged or incorrect order, the customer may choose between a replacement, subject to availability, or a refund to the original payment method. Damage caused by improper use, wear, washing, alteration, or handling by the customer is not considered a product defect and may not qualify for a refund or replacement.
12. Discount Codes & Promotions
Discount codes cannot be combined with other discount codes and cannot be used on sale items. Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively to orders that have already been placed. Meyoush Boutique reserves the right to establish, modify, suspend, or terminate promotions and discount offers at any time.
13. Website Content & Intellectual Property
All original content created by Meyoush Boutique for its website — including its logo, photographs, product descriptions, graphics, branding, and other original materials — is owned by or used with permission by Meyoush Boutique. Nothing on this website grants another person or business ownership of or rights to use our intellectual property.
14. Website Use
You agree to use the Meyoush Boutique website only for lawful purposes. You must not use the website to engage in fraudulent activity, attempt to interfere with website operations, gain unauthorized access to website systems, or otherwise misuse the website.
Meyoush Boutique reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders where there is a reasonable concern regarding fraud, abuse, misuse, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.
15. Product Availability
Although we make reasonable efforts to keep our website inventory accurate, products may occasionally become unavailable due to inventory errors or other circumstances. If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, Meyoush Boutique may cancel the affected item or order and provide a refund to the original payment method.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Meyoush Boutique will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable Canadian or Alberta law.

Meyoush Boutique may update or change these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any updated Terms & Conditions will be posted on this website with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Any disputes relating to these Terms & Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta, Canada.
